Let's get in shape together and do Fitness Everyday!
Getting in shape and staying in shape starts with a commitment, to giving your self some time to nourish your body and to experience fitness everyday. If you're new to fitness everyday, start out with short workout sessions and gradually work up to longer sessions. Aim for 5-6 sessions a week to include muscle conditioning, flexibility or stretching and of course cardiovascular exercise. Good nutrition, plenty of rest and hydration are also important factors to getting in shape and feeling great.
My mission with this site is to share my experience with fitness, to give encouragement, motivation, along with healthy tips and recommendations that I learn a long the way. By adding some fitness every day and deciding to stay in shape for life, you are going to feel amazing and that will radiate to looking amazing. The key to enjoying fitness everyday is finding exercise activities that are fun and enjoyable to do. Hula hooping is a good example of an exercise that is fun and effective. Even just ten minutes of hula hooping fitness can make a difference. Join me as we take time out for Fitness Every Day.
