Hula Hooping is back and it's easier and more fun than you may remember.  Today, hula hoops are available in various sizes and weights to accommodate any size body.  What does hula hooping do for your body, you might ask?  Let me share with you the benefits of hula hooping exercise and how you can integrate into your fitness everyday. Some general benefits of Hula Hooping Exercise:

When I first started to hula hoop, I would hoop for about 10-20 minutes in the morning and then again in the late afternoon as my fitness everyday.  After work, it was especially great in energizing me for the evening part of my day and for shifting me to a more relaxing state of mind.  It was easy for me to put on the music and dance with my body hoop.  Hula hooping doesn't feel like the typical workout, because its easy and you feel care free and can't help but smile and have fun with it.  If you haven't tried hooping, I strongly recommend giving it a whirl.  Start out with one of the fitness hoops that are available at Bodyhoops and the beginner dvd, Hoop Dance Fusion.  Learn the basic moves, and then you can try the workouts and new skills that are taught at Hooping University.  Give it a chance and enjoy hula hooping as part of your fitness everyday.
